This notice explains what Growth Forum receives through this website, why it is needed and the choices available to you.
Last updated 11 August 2026The homepage workflow preview sends the short business description you enter to the active AI provider, OpenAI or Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen, so it can prepare an illustrative application flow. Growth Forum does not add that description to a lead record unless you later choose to contact us. Anonymous readiness answers stay on your device for up to seven days unless you reset them. Review and contact forms collect only the details displayed in the form.
We use diagnostic information to prepare and email the detailed PDF you requested, and consultation information to prepare for and respond to that conversation. Optional marketing consent is separate and is never required to receive a report. We do not sell your personal information.
Consented report delivery and consultation submissions are stored in the website's secured database. Mailgun processes the email address and report attachment needed for transactional delivery. If you separately opt in to updates, Brevo may process the marketing subscription record. Consultation summaries are routed to Growth Forum's private Microsoft Teams workflow; raw diagnostic responses are not included in Teams notifications. A one way hashed network identifier may be used to prevent spam and repeated abuse.
Website lead and consented diagnostic records are set to expire after 90 days. The active AI provider processes workflow preview descriptions only to return the requested preview. OpenAI response storage is disabled when OpenAI is active. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio processes requests under its applicable service terms when Qwen is active. Marketing records in Brevo follow the separate opt in and unsubscribe lifecycle. Cloudflare hosted storage, Mailgun, Brevo and Microsoft services process information only as needed to provide and protect the requested service, subject to their operational retention settings.
You can reset and delete anonymous answers from the diagnostic at any time. You can also ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask Growth Forum to stop contacting you about a request. We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission before acting on it.
Do not enter confidential documents, personal case details, passwords, regulated records or other sensitive business information. The optional workflow label should be a short description without sensitive information. The diagnostic is a directional self assessment, not an audit or certification.
