Information you choose to share

Anonymous readiness answers stay on your device for up to seven days unless you reset them. If you ask us to email a detailed report or discuss the result, we receive the answers, recommended next step, derived result, contact details and consent evidence shown in that request. Review and contact forms collect only the details displayed in the form.

02

Why we use it

We use diagnostic information to prepare and email the detailed PDF you requested, and consultation information to prepare for and respond to that conversation. Optional marketing consent is separate and is never required to receive a report. We do not sell your personal information.

03

How it is handled

Consented report-delivery and consultation submissions are stored in the website's secured database. Mailgun processes the email address and report attachment needed for transactional delivery. If you separately opt in to updates, Brevo may process the marketing subscription record. Consultation summaries are routed to Growth Forum's private Microsoft Teams workflow; raw diagnostic responses are not included in Teams notifications. A one-way hashed network identifier may be used to prevent spam and repeated abuse.

04

Retention and service providers

Website lead and consented diagnostic records are set to expire after 90 days. Marketing records in Brevo follow the separate opt-in and unsubscribe lifecycle. Cloudflare-hosted storage, Mailgun, Brevo and Microsoft services process information only as needed to provide and protect the requested service, subject to their operational retention settings.

05

Your choices

You can reset and delete anonymous answers from the diagnostic at any time. You can also ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask Growth Forum to stop contacting you about a request. We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission before acting on it.

06

Keep confidential information out

Do not enter confidential documents, personal case details, passwords, regulated records or other sensitive business information. The optional workflow label should be a short, non-sensitive description only. The diagnostic is a directional self-assessment, not an audit or certification.
